It is set - Medianoche, "Sin in an Hourglass" has been added to the 2022 Vermont Burlesque Festival line-up.
From her own website - Medianoche has been featured for nine years running in 21st Century Burlesque’s list of Top 50 Burlesque performers worldwide. She was crowned Queen of Burlesque in New Orleans, and was awarded the prestigious title of Miss Exotic World at the Burlesque Hall of Fame in Las Vegas.
Ready now, to add Vermont to her list of exotic locations where she's performed - Medianoche has headlined events throughout the U.S., Europe, Russia, Australia, and Singapore.
"We've been communicating with Medianoche for years," says Luke Warm, producer of the Vermont Burlesque Festival, "Trying to get her up to the Green Mountain State to headline as been a challenge. She's a breathtaking performer and as a result, she's always been booked solid during our January dates. It literally took a pandemic for her calendar to open up and for us to finally get an opportunity to have her as our guest in Vermont. That's how much of a desired performer she is. The VTBF production team, and myself, are honored to finally have her grace our stage and to join us in our celebration of all things burlesque."
Medianoche is scheduled to perform two nights at the 2022 Vermont Burlesque Festival -- Friday, January 21st during "The Granite City Showcase" in Barre, Vermont -- Saturday, January 22nd during "le tres Grand Spectacle" in Burlington, Vermont. She is also scheduled to teach classes on Saturday, January 22nd in Burlington.
