IF YOU'RE HAVING ISSUES WATCHING THE VIDEO STREAM YOU PURCHASED, HERE ARE SOME TROUBLE SHOOTING TACTICS.

IN MOST CASES, YOU CAN ONLY WATCH THE STREAM ON THE DEVICE IN WHICH YOU PURCHASED IT.  IN SOME CASES 2 DEVICES... YOU WILL NEED THE CODE THAT WAS EMAILED OR GIVEN TO YOU UPON YOUR PURCHASE TO USE MULTIPLE DEVICES.  CHECK YOUR EMAIL & JUNK EMAIL FOR THE CODE.

YOU WILL NEED A FAST WIFI OR CELLULAR CONNECTION.  CHECK YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION AND SPEED.

IF YOU'RE STILL HAVING ISSUES AND YOU'RE USING THE SAME DEVICE...

1. TRY BOTH REFRESHING THE PAGE & CLOSING THE WEB BROWSER ON YOUR DEVICE AND RESTARTING IT.

2. TRY POWERING OFF AND POWERING ON YOUR DEVICE, RESTART IT.

3.  IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE WIFI TRANSMITTER IN YOUR HOUSE, TRY RETURNING TO THE ORIGINAL TRANSMITTER OR TURNING THE SECOND ONE OFF.
