What is the Winter Rendezvous & Summit?
The Rendezvous is being designed as a high-value artist retreat created to inspire and build community. It combines the magic of watching a world-class Friday showcase with an entire Saturday dedicated to leveling up your craft alongside industry icons—no performative pressure, just pure connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration.

THE CHALLENGE: Putting something like this together is not an inexpensive endeavor. We need at least 30 committed visionaries to make the Rendezvous & Saturday Summit a reality!
We want to ensure this experience is viable, intimate, and packed with value before locking in final venue and catering contracts.

• THE PROMISE: Reserve your spot today. If we reach 30 committed participants by September 30, 2026, the Summit is officially ON, and your spot is guaranteed. If we fall short, your deposit is 100% refunded—no risk attached!
• THE EXPECTED FINAL COSTS TO YOU: We're exploring 5 possible venues to host this event. We are trying to find the right balance between convenience, location, costs, and amenities needed to pull this off. A breakdown of expected costs can be found below.

Yes, you will be able to choose whether or not you'd like to include lodging in your rendezvous package.
These prices are "all in" and expected to include all taxes and fees.
BILLING & TERMS
$25 RSVP Deposit will be taken to secure your place (100% refundable if less than 30 people sign up by September 30, 2026)
If 30+ people RSVP the event is a go & your deposit becomes non-refundable.
You may pay the remaining balance in 2 installments.
Half of remaining payment will be due immediately (September 30, 2026)
